Tenants would let friends come over to wash clothes, hook a hose up to wash cars during the summers and leave the hose going for hours, not report any leaks, etc.Yes you can use outside companies or bill the difference but the end of the day the landlord has to bring up the difference if there is not 100% compliance which I have not seen.

Im thinking resturant, bar, clothing stores, etc etc..everything im considering at the moment...What do you guys think, With some hard work and dedication is it really risky????

I can't believe I live in a country where the government tells me how to wear my clothes.

I can jump around on stage, smile or make faces, I guess I could wear strange clothes if I have to.

I agreed to pay the W&S myself.As I said; the house included a clothes washer and a gas fired dryer.

More than once I have smoked marijuana, and then gone to talk to a police officer - he was none the wiser and could not smell anything on my clothing or breath.Personally, I hate the smell of cigarettes and won't allow them on my property, that is an entirely different sort of stench that sinks into everything.

At first I tapped drop cloths over the windows with finish nails complete with fancy little folds, but on my last house I used that white  painters' plastic and taped it to the exact shape of the glass.
