Would a roof repair or a single system malfunction and replacement put you in serious negative territory?

You decide the territory you're going to farm, do you're due dilligence in knowing the property values, days on market, etc., then you can have post it notes with your message on it printed fairly inexpensively and walk your own streets posting them.

That's into scam territory, ala Pinnacle Investment Partners.

His rent is due on the 4th so he's now into late fee territory and I'm trying to figure out what I need to do to protect myself.

I plan to buy there down the road myself Isn't that gang territory?

Hi @Dillon McGough - I'm sure you have found the requirements for an applicant who holds a current real estate license in another state (or U.S. territory or Canadian jurisdiction) that has been on active status within the previous three (3) years and that is equivalent to NC's provisional or "full" broker license, but here are the requirements again for reference - directly from the NC Real Estate Commission. 

I hope this doesn't sound too naive, but I'm really in uncharted territory here.
