ROI question on 3 month turn-around

N/A N/A
Posted

Hello.

I have a deal that I am working on and could use some simple insight. I have the means to turn around a $25,000 investment into $75,000 within 90 days.

Is this a good enough ROI for a private lender?

I have found several Local websites of realtor Investors here in the Pensacola, Fl. Area that I am going to sign up with so I can list this opportunity. Would a realtor/investor typically invest outside of real-estate for a return on $25,000 investment, to make $75,000 in 60 days minimum to no more then 90 days?

I could use some information on other places/Businesses that would be able to point me toward a Private Investor also.

Thanks for any replies in advance.

Jody
