Also the borrower is a seasoned experienced landlord with a lot of units.. not a newbie landlord just starting out. that's what we look for this is for the most conservative risk adverse investor... 1500 plus notes later its played out that way.. :)When you deal in owner occ you bring in the emotion of the family living in the house.. this can be good you can get them determined to pay but if they just can't pay you set yourself up for some pretty big risk..
