Adverse possession scam
It seems that more people are trying to claim adverse possession when they are in fact just squatters:

It's funny how with real estate these people seem to think their behaviour is Okay. Do they "borrow" rental cars that are not leased out? No one is using the car... they should be allowed to use it, right? And some people wonder why the banks won't lend.
