Just a few thoughts tll the experts on this way in, as we personally will help them get a property, but not with us.Have a written plan that includes timelines on when cash flows and how.Good agreements signed prepared by an experinced source.Exit strategies and how in worst case scenarios an investor can cash out.Be prepared to have an awkward Thanksgiving/ChristMas depending on the market trends.

I prefer them to have electric stoves, and electric water heaters--two less things for them blow themselves and the other units to Smithereens.Those coiled gas lines do leak from time to time, and the other things I don't like in the units are candles (open candles or religious candles in a colored glass from the local grocery store) or live Christmas trees.

So you get a free two week booking at Christmas rates (we actually booked 14 days all at ABOVE our Christmas rates this year) in April that none of the other resorts get, which is a nice headstart every year.Solara would not be my first choice as home prices are higher like Storey Lake, but the location is not as good so it doesn't rent at as much of a premium.
