LLC Transfer Tax in TN

If you transfer an investment property from your personal name to a single member LLC in Tennessee, is there a transfer tax? I just listened to a podcast that suggested this applies in some states, but not others. After a quick Google search, I did not see this as listed as an exemption in TN. It appears to be $0.37 for every $100. Does anyone here know whether this would apply in this situation? Thanks in advance. Merry Christmas to those who celebrate.
