@Jody NicholsIf you can get the test done and know where the problem area is, fine some reputable concrete workers and see if they could jack hammer up the problem spots for you, get plumbers in to fix the pipes and what not and then get the concrete workers to retrofit remesh/rebar (if they do that?)
