I've been doing real estate math all day and it got me thinking. What was the most you had to put into a flip/rehab to make it market ready?

Anywhere from $25,000 to $100,000, depending on dozens of factors that you didn't mention (location, specific scope of rehab, type of contractors, level of finishes, time of year, your negotiating ability, the amount of work you do, etc).
