I would like to attempt to house hack my first home "assuming the lovely and talented agrees" and start my quest.

I've had the opportunity to work with some talented investors and learned a lot from them.

This means skilled jobs and that non-Boeing suppler composite companies will be locating to Everett to take advantage of the growing talent pool.

The same sleezeballs who whine about "having nothing wrong" and not getting their $750K bonuses and about the "loss of talent" in the big banks.

There is a lot of great talent here.What are you struggling to figure out?

G'Day Michelle,Never liked wholesalers much lolAlways full of $@#% and don't know their numbers.They lie to the sellers and the buyers.Well, most of them do.Many aren't even direct to the seller Ok, enough of smack talk on wholesalers heheGranted, been buying quite a few lately in my market Toledo, OH from wholesalers.They seem to be sourcing better deals than we can.And I never care how much someone makes, as long as the numbers work for my company and our investors.It's the wholesalers talent to find deals and negotiate them well.The more they make, I'm happy for them.As long as it's a win/win/win for all.That's good business IMOThanks 🙏👍
