Newbie from Wilmington North Carolina.

Hi All,

My Name is Joe Prillaman and I am 24 years old. I am currently an industrial sales representative and cover the South East as my territory. My goal is to reach financial freedom by purchasing multifamily homes. I am currently in the process of moving back to Wilmington North Carolina with my wife from Greensboro North Carolina. 

Josh and Brandon have no clue but we have become close friends on my commute to work. I have been drinking the digital Kool Aid for about 3 weeks now just trying to absorb as much information as possible. I have no experience in Real Estate but eager to get started. I would like to attempt to house hack my first home "assuming the lovely and talented agrees" and start my quest. The goal would be to spend more time with my family and not have to travel for work in 7 years. 

Discovered Bigger Pockets from my sisters husband Evan Kline. He's on here so he better accept my colleague request. I'm looking forward to networking and building an epic team. Working to team names now.
