Just seeing what bites, as time goes on i will focus on what works and branch out to different types of marketing, cold calling, bandit signs, niche lists etc.. what cam you tell me about the RGV market.

(My wife will help, she was a CAM so has rental property management experience).

Yeah - the cost is way higher than having one wi-fi cam but I don't need wi-fi as the footage is saved on a DVR or NVR. 

Probably the worst for me was the revolving door of attempts at monetization of the forums that made the UX go from pretty good to terrible.

Their business model revolves around creating a positive company culture for its agents. eXp has a ton of agent training and the majority of it is online.That said, I suggest considering joining a team no matter which company you join.

I'm in need of a platform that will allow my tenants to pay via ACH (and card, but not a requirement) as check payments are a hassle for all involved.I recently tried RentRedi, but am not in love with the invoicing interface (can't group charges like rent, tax, CAM fees, utilities, etc.) but I did like that their rates were relatively low. 

I spent near $500 on several roto's and a cam job.  

However, the organization does not revolve around one conference.
