Gateway School district (the school district of monroeville) has gone from AAAA sports to AAA which alone is an indicator of a decline in population.

I would go to school (trade school or college) on student loans and work my butt off studying and working (Uber, Lyft,Waiting Tables, Reffing Sports) to keep my debt low but gain an education. 

I just hear so many horror stories, and how hard it is to evict people despite those tenants purposely being vicious for sport to the landlord.  

As well, trying to find properties under 100K is a sport here at the moment.

Even in areas like pro sports and music where there are measurable differences between individuals, his research finds no innate talent that accounts for the differences.

No matter how fast you want these deals to close its still "a process" (I hate that term, especially when used in the sports world).

Capital city, county seat, major sports teams, and a solid base economy.

My dad never pulled up in a new car at property sites,  he drove the beater van to the properties, he didn't advertise or sport his wealth.

I know the sports coaches at the local college and we have only had female athletes in the house.
