I'm interested in get a few rentals in Pittsburgh area. Does anyone know a lot about Monroeville? It looks like the ROI is pretty good over there. I think I can get a SFH for around 80k and rent out for 1000-1200. the neighborhood looks nice, lots of business etc. but I'm not sure if it will be easy to find a tenant?

I'm also thinking of Greenfield, Beechview/brookline, etc. Please connect with me if you have experience in Pittsburgh rental. Thanks!
