It will also text me a voicemail transcript although the technology is not great if the speaker has an accent(half the time I can't translate it myself so i can't be too hard on it!).  

My first and biggest complaint was the trainer, he was a terrible speaker.My girlfriend is a professional speaker/educator for a medical device company and I am a semi-professional magician/comedian, so I know a thing or two about public speaking.He was late both starting and finishing every day; he was also late for every single break and lunch.And although our trainer was passionate about the material, he was not supportive and had absolutely no apathy for his audience.The concepts they were teaching, often times go against deeply ingrained ideas some of us have held for 25+ years or more and would stir up deep emotions.Whenever a question was asked for more information, he would yell “you don’t need to know the details!”.

. $179 for the year seemed reasonable to me to network with trades and some really seasoned vets, and listen and learn from guest speakers and Alan Langston, who's been running it for years.Went out of their way to welcome newbies.

The speaker talks about cooperating with your competition (other wholesalers).

It's been a while since I made it up to SF, and I would also be interested in getting involved, perhaps being a speaker.

Another problem is that the speakers at attorney luncheons tend to speak on topics that relate to estate planning rather than real estate problems.

I've bought a mouse, speakers and case for phone, USB cord for computer and the like.
