Real Estate Investing Clubs & Associations

The first 24 hours I've been a member on this site has been a game changer. That being said, I have a few questions:

What's the proper etiquette for attending or joint a REI club?

How many clubs should you belong to?

Should you attend with what you believe are deals in hand?

What's the best way to approach a seasoned investor for mentorship?

Are there any members on BP that belong to clubs here in the phoenix area?

Any and all feedback will be greatly app

I just went to my first AZREIA meeting and I signed up for the membership. $179 for the year seemed reasonable to me to network with trades and some really seasoned vets, and listen and learn from guest speakers and Alan Langston, who's been running it for years.

Went out of their way to welcome newbies.
