hello guys!

About a couple months ago I ran into the bigger pockets podcast; I was left speechless with the amount of information I learn. However, I have no real estate experience, but I here to expand my knowledge. I'm currently looking to buy my first property, but I'm having a hard time finding anything affordable here in the Bay Area. I'm all ears, so any advice I receive here will be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

Welcome to BP Nation Erwin. SF real estate is very expensive indeed. Direct marketing to motivated home sellers is a good way to find good deals.
