I have several highlighted questions/comments to bring up during the showings but am reaching out to the forums for any added advice in what to ask, see, clarify during the showings. age of roof, rental history/how long tenants stay, do all appliances stay with the purchase, clarify that utilities are separate and the information involved, check the basement, any disclosures?

Honestly, it's not much "new" information you can't get through the Blog and Forum, but I like having it in one place and ability to highlight and book mark different topics.I found my mentor through BP (also a buyer's agent) and we are working together on the process for a first rental property for my wife and I right now, so I can tell you the connections work!
