Hey guys so I'm here in a section of the book were J Scott is covering how to run comps and in one particular section he goes through adjusting your comps. He mentions how in his area an extra bedroom may be worth about 3% more in sales price. So my question is how do i determine what an extra bedroom and bathroom is worth in my local area?

Ok I will definitely do that Jonathan Makovsky. I'm sure I can find a good agent by asking investors in our local REIAS. Thanks for jumping in and answering my question. Its my first time using the forums.

   Hey Mr. Scott,

Do appraisers charge much for that type of information? O and by the way I have the pages on your book looking like yellow letters with all the highlighting that I'm doing lol.
