I am going to take on the development, permitting, contracting, and marketing of the building to create two live-work spaces. 

Hi @Shawn Patel, I agree you definitely need more work space in the kitchen.

They are usually vibrant, mixed use, compact, walkable areas, they will have a lot of shops and restaurants/ live work space. 

To attract the business traveler market, I list my places for 30-day minimum and follow AirBnb’s simple guidelines for “business-ready” e.g. provide a workspace, hair dryer, coat hangers, etc.

I migrated my fix and flip operation and property management into workspaces designed to handle all.

And no offense but I wouldn't call that desk in the middle of the living space a "dedicated workspace."

Google Workspace -  Docs / Storage, Email, spreadsheets, docs, and terabytes of storage. 

If your ideal guest is a digital nomad, then a nice designated work space with good lighting and WiFi for zooms is nice 

It's currently being rented out as a workspace, but it really can be so much  more if the City of Stamford would allow a conversion.

Lots of people here only go into the city occasionally and we have a cool work space to hook them up instead of their basements.
