It is true that the colors are similar being variations of teal and orange, but so are a lot of companies.

You might consider starting with a trial period to assess their services and see if they align with your goals.

In the Twin Cities Metro area you will experience a HUGE variation.

He and his partners were all called out for the trial and I believe he said they spent nearly $300,000 on attorneys.

Sort of a variation on #3, I get a lot of newbies calling, texting or DMing me asking a question and not only do they get annoyed when they don't get the answer they want, but they tell me I am wrong because someone else who has never done a deal told them otherwise. 

I'm currently waiting for the trial date, but I may need to restart the process due to this mistake.

I don't envy you having such variation of rules within your market, or having lawyers involved on everything.
