Apologies for the poor hyperlinks, BP doesn't  always work well on my tablet.         

You can draw each wall manually or simply take pictures with your phone or tablet of each corner and it will draw the walls automatically.

Next to that is a tablet (with a bunjee lock thingie attaching it to the table/wall) and the words "pick me up!" 

I don’t own a computer or any tablet.

If you have a smart phone, tablet, etc I highly suggest downloading the BP app and subscribing to the BP podcast.

It's about ~300 per year for maintenance contracts and an extra ~70 per quarter for chlorine tablets (sprinkler only, usually).

Today I had an appointment at the Veterans Administration (which always entails sitting and waiting a long time), so I downloaded Real Estate Rewind on my tablet from the site before going, and read the first couple chapters!
