Hoping to sprinkle in a flip or two with a duplex. ..or two.

And our lawn has sprinkle system installed even though most tenant never use it. 

I put a cup of vinegar on the top rack and ran the normal cycle.Then I sprinkled some baking soda around the bottom affected area.

Then, sand/screenings will be sprinkled and swept into the joints between the pavers, and a final round with a plate compactor will settle the pavers firmly into place. 

Unless you want to sprinkle in some owner financing.

They have gone out of their way to negotiate in a home warranty and other sprinkles on the deal in addition to repairs I demanded.I'm not out there trying to kill a deal over some light bulbs or 50¢ outlets.

That seemed to make sence so I bought it.It wasn't till several years later when I was in Houston that I decided to look at multi since finding SFH that made sense  was too hard and I didn't want tons of properties sprinkled all over the place.
