Question for Landlord in DFW Texas-need urgent!

We may called New Investor, haven't experienced court filing and all that procedure. First eviction filing on our own without success because we took the payment before the court which is no..no, okay we learn that won't happen again. But this Tenant keep doing back rent, we couldn't put up with it anymore as he hasn't paid this month rent till now. Anyone heard about the company called FRONTIER EVICTIONS ? in Dallas, If any of you have ever use their service, do you mind to share how well they did?. They are not Attorney but they are specialize firm to do eviction for Landlords and they charge flat fee. Thank you very much in advance.

Once you start eviction process you can not accept any money from tenant.  If tenant is late but always pays within the month I would start applying his payment to late fees first then rent.   We have done several evictions and most judges are landlord friendly but have to abide by the law.
