My name is Russ, currently my wife and I own a SFR rental that we have rented for 5 years. The housing in the are of this home has begun to rise and we have decided to sell. Of course we have to do a 1031 exchange and have decided to put both feet into real estate going forward. Hoping to sprinkle in a flip or two with a duplex. ..or two. I latched on to some podcasts and started reading the BP books and here I (we) are. We look forward to immersing ourselves into real estate investing and that we can build some relationships along the way.
