Soak up everything they have to offer and rinse and repeat the systems they teach you. 

I've soaked up good information and want to start applying but don't really know what niche to get started in. im interested in wholesaling and becoming an agent, so i would like to talk people who are doing these things already and seeing which would be the better path for me. 

I need to soak up more information before heading down that route though. 

These guys are perfect for me because I have no experience, my credit is not awesome and all of my answers to their motivational questions were “Absolutely.”We really hit it off.Again, no credit check and no experience, and I was approved for $250,000 per deal (which would cover purchase price, closing costs, rehab, the whole deal) and a total of $750,000 in order to have 3 deals going at one time.They were very excited to let me know that, and I soaked it up.

Would be open to soak up as much knowledge as possible!

If that hole has been there for weeks or months and you start pulling stuff away from the walls and water starts dripping out of the garbage you shoudl assume its soaked into the walls. 

Currently looking to soak up information about the industry, very new to Real estate investing.

My wife and I are currently searching for our first investment property after about a year and a half of soaking up all the knowledge we can.
