Thus, you'd be paying over and over again for the same roof, foundation, HVAC, and plumbing system, although the warranty does cover built-in appliances in each unit (you pay extra for refrigerators).

(the LL provided a push mower and riding mower for us to use) I would think this would fall under normal wear and tear just like a dishwasher or refrigerator these are the only deductions (except for 1 rent dispute amount), all having to do with the lawn, absolutely none for the apartment itself.
