I got hooked into real estate when I was 16 after reading "Rich dad and Poor dad" by Robert Kiyosaki (definitely gave me a thought-provoking feelings and opened my mind to the possibility of letting money earn for money; especially when I was 16 and still trying to find out what I wanted to do in life).
