Has no idea how to fully automate a facility so we are meeting to share our expertise as I am proficient in automating storage facilities.

Xfinity says the solution is to hire (or if proficient on your own) an IT professional to put a firewall against the main culprit domains that most people would visit to download/pirate the movie/music.

I would start with taking as many classes that our membership offers, so you can be proficient with the tools that we already have. 

I have been using Revit since 2007 and took a class in college, but it probaly took 2 years before I was proficient using it so be prepared to spend some time learing any software.  

Several people on this post are saying the problems might be different, but you get more proficient at solving the problems.
