With my first post on BP, I would like to ask for any advice regarding my current situation.I am a recent pharmacy school grad with about 85k student loans at around ~4% interest rate. 

Lot of qsr, banks, old gas stations, vacant pharmacy. 

SF and MF homes that would accommodate college and graduate/pharmacy students living with roommates.

Our typical tenants are female Asian pharmacy school students who are in a four year program.

The money went directly from the individual to the Canadian pharmacy and the drugs went directly from the pharmacy to the individual.

My pharmacy just started COVID testing and work is extremely crazy, I anticipate the next few weeks will be out of control but I’d love to get the ball rolling.Any investors out there looking to partner up that may be out of market I’d love to chat about potential fourplex investment opportunities being built in the area.
