I am looking for properties in Las Vegas to use as a crash pads for flight crew and Airbnb.

There is going to be so many auctions down there this coming week and next week, I am actually booking my flight down there for next week if I could.

If you build the value good enough early in the call they will make a fight or flight decision at this point , then fax them the contract and get their word that they will do the deal and set up a phone call for after they sign it and send it back to you.

I shudder to think if I were asleep and suddenly woke up with the need to use the bathroom toilet how I could negotiate two flights of stairs without leaving a trail! 

From deployment and now flight school I’ve been constantly away from my hometown (which is my comfort zone) for the last 3 years.

This means I will be moving to Enterprise, Alabama in January 2019 for about 18 months for flight school.

@John Lee  FL to NYC is only a few hours for a flight, and I would definitely go up there to take a look, I believe it's well worth the investment. 

And it'll just make it harder to get a flight and I'll have to start flying to BWI and riding the MARC/Amtrak to DC.

It's also an upstairs unit,  private door but all that is downstairs is a coat closet and then a flight of steps to a 1-level condo.
