That being said, the driveway is inaccessible, as a broken tree is blocking it and everything is overgrown.

If NY is inaccessible is there anywhere within 1 hour driving to Manhattan that is an overlooked market?

Depending on your area, Degree of difficulty in access and the quality of the materials being installed, it could be more of less.

Some of what was found:- glass in front of both crawl spaces (seemingly intentional)- all of the meters were spray painted over- some rooms were inaccessible due to the amount of trash/furniture in the way- registered sex offender on the propertyThankfully, we walked away.

I have to respectfully disagree with a few of the comments related to the inaccessibility of commercial or the need to have a lot of cash.

At any given time we may have 6-15k in accessible cash which honestly in the grand scheme of things I'm not concerned at all about rate of return on that.
