What type of investment return are you expecting from the property?

I have been to the DFW area a few times but not specifically to these northern suburbs, but I know that DFW is one of the fastest growing metro areas in the country with a robust economy, and I expect it to keep growing.

I'm trying to figure out the best type of STR for cash flow on the property. 

At any rate, I saw someone trying to explain how the @... works yesterday and I tried, but I really couldn't figure it out.

I don't figure the note will be more than  300 a month at only 40k principal.

Please advise on what to expect what to do?

I'm brand new to all of this and wanted to try to figure out how to do it but when I pull up the rental property calculator it says to upgrade to pro.

Once you have that value then you can figure out whether the costs to redevelop are worth the effort.

I'd expect and plan for this each year.
