I’m looking in the DFW market initially and I’m definitely open to any words of wisdom and/or mentorships. 

EXAMPLE: you can probably send out the initial eviction notice yourself and then forward to attorney if a court date is needed.Regardless, it is our opinion a landlord should START the eviction process every month a tenant is behind, no matter their excuse.

If you are set on closing under your personal name, you definitely want to check with your lender on that during the initial fact-finding stage.

I think leveraging the initial property even further with such tight margins is a train wreck waiting to happen.

The more cash you put into a property initially the more cash flow you get.
