Property Manager and Investor
Hello everyone! I’m excited to get started on my real estate journey. I’ve done a couple of fix and flips but I’m looking to build a rental portfolio. I’m looking in the DFW market initially and I’m definitely open to any words of wisdom and/or mentorships.

Welcome to DFW investing. Plenty of great opportunity here. Just take some time and look around. Great that you have experience rehabbing. That will probably be your best bet, to buy a fixer and get it cleaned up and then rent it out.
Best wishes and good luck with your endeavors.
