I was just wondering, in your experience, what has been your most successful tactic for scheduling an inspection.. 

Housing Justice Project has been pretty aggressive with their tactics to delay lawful evictions in a lot of cases.

My mind goes to either1) Sneaky Rental tactic: Upgrade your primary home at prevailing rates, however unattractive they might look relative to your 2.2% rate.

Local knowledge may be very beneficial.Given that you said that house hacking is a possibility, look into marketplaces where this tactic is workable.

@Mark Faustrum Got it , I was confused by the name of the company :-) yeah that is even more horrible , but bait and switch is a common tactic for some bad lenders .
