Many of the big speakers give you tid bits of information to try and get you to buy additional thigns from them.

Once the Rennai dies, I am thinking about changing over to a heat pump with units in both the bedroom and living room.I must mention that our landlord assn. once had the local fire chief as a guest speaker.  

A certain type of guest speaker?

I took a bunch of notes and wanted to share with everyone that couldn't attend.If you were there last night, please chip in and correct me if I am wrong on any of the below points....Guest speakers were Melinda Bailey from Franklin Synergy and Yogi Dougher (We all know Yogi)A couple of things from the lending standpoint:Melinda mentioned that the number one thing they are looking to lend on right now is warehouses because the demand is so high at the moment.

You will know if you found the right club if the speaker actually teaches you something and doesn't try to sell you at the end.

Unfortunately it is nearly impossible to find out these things unless you attend the speaker/teacher/Guru events AND meet them personally.

@Carlos Urresti I agree with the others that an investor-friendly agent with some time on their hands may be more beneficial than a top agent.There are AZREIA meetings every month that include a market update, guest speaker, vendor trade show, and time for networking.  

We meet monthly, enjoy a meal together and listen to wonderful speakers from Attorneys to Clark County PUD.  

So we don't have speakers and no one person or company sponsors or sells anything.
