Newbie from Portland Metro Area/Vancouver, WA

AAAAAAAAAAhhhh!  I'm so excited to be a part of BiggerPockets!  Thanks @Marcia Maynardfor introducing me.

My name is Drew Mim Mack, I live in Vancouver, WA and have a 2/1 single family rental.  I work for a Capital Improvements company as the Senior Estimator.  We are based in Portland, OR and service the apartment and commercial industry only.  I estimate small $700 siding repairs to $1.5m full siding, windows, roof and paint projects and I love my job!

I'm a member of the Clark County Renters Association in Vancouver, WA. We meet monthly, enjoy a meal together and listen to wonderful speakers from Attorneys to Clark County PUD. All new members get assigned a mentor and I appreciate the one on one mentor time apposed to watching YouTube videos the rest of my life.

My goal is to invest in Portland Metro Area multi-family, rehab and flip... I realize I have a long way to go before I can build the capital and my journey starts now.  I already have estimating knowledge and work for a company that does projects like this.  I'd like to build on that platform.
