Hello all Bigger Pockets members, My name is Carlos. I live in Mesa, AZ, I am looking to purchase my first property and start applying one the greatest niches and strategies "buy & hold", so for that long and well designed path and business plan I need a great realtor to start with. I am confident that here at this member forum, I can find great advises from very well experienced investors. Please, I would really appreciate any good quality referrals and recommendations. Area needed in Arizona (Phoenix, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe...) Thank you much in advance. Best regards, Carlos

Hi Carlos.  Welcome to BP where you'll surely find a wealth of information and contacts.

First, I recommend you head over to the new member forum and introduce yourself so everyone can say hi.

Secondly, you may want to head to an AZREIA meeting and do a little networking.  It's a great way to meet likeminded folks and get referrals for agents, trades, etc.

Good luck to you and let me know if I can help.
