Is anyone near by or is this pretty remote?

Strong schools nearby, 20m to downtown Tampa, However, according to BestPlaces.net, the crime rate is very high.

Are there any amenities nearby?  

I would make my own calculations to price the building based on my desired financials, comps nearby, and of course the current condition.I usually have a rough idea for what the most I would pay where it still make sense financially, then backtrack to see what the lowest I think I could buy it for in the current market conditions.

Very interested in this property, nearby property has upgrades wth similar style build. 

She has easily verified employment at a large university near by.

I found out a lot more information from the broker and sellers of other properties in the nearby area.The lot is probably less than a third of an Acre with a 450 sq. ft. home on the property.

Survey other nearby parks to see what they charge per month for lot rent as well as what is included in the rent (trash, water, sewer, street lights, etc.).  

Or other investors who are near by that have done flips, have experience and can provide some tips or reference a contractor.
