New in South jersey flips

Hello everyone, I'm new to the flipping real estate business currently been doing buy and hold but have found a few properties with potential to flip and I'm looking for a rehab and renovation contractor that can do the work possibly a partner up. Or other investors who are near by that have done flips, have experience and can provide some tips or reference a contractor. Thanks in advance appreciate any help!
