@Sean Witherspoon Looks like the washing machine or dishwasher drain line backed up and the soapy water pushed back into the house.

I am great with computers, social media, and have always been a math mind. .. it dawned on me that there may be real estate investors out there that employ full time virtual assistants!

So we update electrical, plumbing, countertops, and add a dishwasher.

In doing so it dawned on me that if one will fit, we could probably get 2-3 more and rent the pads out by the month, either to RV's or even Tiny Homes (which I also love).I started going through the city and county code books, but RV's seem to always fall in a gray-area.

What we are seeing is likely the “darkest before the dawn” moment for big city RE.
