After seeing thousands of fraudulent chargebacks be favored with the buyer, I think the whole thing just left a bad taste in my mouth with CC's..........I can also get into the stories of thieves literally fishing rent drop boxes , washing money orders all while getting caught on camera but will save that for another day........ 

Dave Del Dotto got seriously rich and bought wineries in the Napa Valley one of them was 500 feet from my personal house I used to take friends in there end of the day for a tasting and he would regale us with his experiences.No question the FTC has come down hard on all the seminar guys Not sure who is still operating but I know some are as there are still turnkey operators who get funneled leads from these companies..

Not sure your particular architectural taste but we notice listings for some older homes describing the ability to be converted into multi-family. 

Actually, my wife picks most of the things requiring a sense of taste, I simply get the houses built, but you get the picture.

But don't expect them to move out and have the next tenant have the same peculiar tastes.
