You can develop a system based on one metro area.I'd think the purpose would be to better describe a property, it will take a broad brush to paint an accurate picture and compare a parcel in Toledo with a standardized ruler so that someone in Chicago can relate to that property without knowing the Toledo market.

I cannot speak to what # of unique visitors you need to convert, but I have recently heard a lot more people contending that a blog is a much more effective way to drive / attract traffic because the search engines are sensitive to new, relevant material and how often it is added.The way it was explained to me is that a personal website - outside of adding a listing here or there and having RSS feeds from different site - is for the most part static.

Hello BP I’m building new construction house, hired painter bid was 15,800 and I buy all material, I paid him 8,000 when job was 80% complete, now I look and horrible quality, they did not putty nail holes on Millwork, can see siding through thin layer of paint, light oversprays on hardwood , cabinets and walls, worse staining job on cedar you will ever see… told him to fix and he paint brushed made it much worse - what do I do?
