This contract that the Realtor wants you to sign is an acknowledgement that you see they want to be paid for their efforts.

I have seen many varying responses here:1) I don't make them.2) Its required in my state and I make them.3) I have them sign, or acknowledge this in my agreement, but I don't enforce or monitor  (that's me!)

Email or text is fine but get them to acknowledge receipt.

I acknowledge that investing in the stock market is a good plan for diversification, but I have no interest in learning about P/E ratios, guidance, technical analysis, etc.

Create a screening criteria and have every single applicant acknowledge they have read it in writing before submitting an application.

Some escrows will require that you do an Amendment to the contract where the seller acknowledges the buyer change. 

They acknowledged and agreed that the remaining balance needed to be paid off before they moved out, which I have documented. 

A lot of the sources will have an acknowledgment where you attest that you will not use the data for commercial purposes.

You have acknowledged that the market isn't going to keep shooting up like a rocket ship like many people are unable to do, but instead, the value will have to be added forcefully!

I'm not saying don't do the project because you can't guarantee, I'm saying acknowledge it is something you should be able to do, cover the cost of getting it done so you don't pass it on to your investors.
