This prevents anyone (except me) from stealing information.If you have paper documents, I recommend keeping them secured, redacting the sensitive information, or shredding the documents.

If she is so sensitive to the issue, then she should have done her own due diligence to see what your other tenants were like and what the property rules are.

What I also like is the ability for screening tenants, they pay directly for their backgrounds, I don't see any personal/sensitive information and reports come in within minutes.

This works OK for relatively static and simple investments like a private placement or crowdfund, but can become rather cumbersome and expensive with a more time sensitive and transaction intensive asset such as a rental property.
