We have chosen to outsource this job with an option to grow into a traveling position and hope that we could gain some insight and advice here.We have a pretty clear vision on the market location we’d like to operate within and the general specifics of the properties that we’d like secured.

My long-term vision is to own a portfolio of single-family homes, so I am leaning towards BRRRRing it.What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I just got a vision and I'm trying to accomplish it one step at a time.

My mind went a little deep in this and I typed about half of my thoughts here before I thought I could have a slightly different vision than you. 

Too many get tunnel-vision of a singular investing strategy, and as markets change, they qualify the entire economy as “good” or “bad” based upon applicability unto that pre-selected strategy, vs taking the market economy as it is and referencing which strategy is of best fit for this time.

Do you and your investors have the same vision? 

The experience of the investor, their team in the local market, such as RE Agents and contractors they had a good relationship with, as well their vision for where they wanted to grow their business.

If you start asking yourself these questions and building out a real business around the vision you have in mind there is no way you won't get what you want if you are consistent.
