Advice for Start-up Corporate Housing Company

We are in the initial phases of starting a Corporate Housing & Leasing Company and are seeking an experienced sales professional to close leases for our BNB/corporate housing rental company. We have chosen to outsource this job with an option to grow into a traveling position and hope that we could gain some insight and advice here.

We have a pretty clear vision on the market location we’d like to operate within and the general specifics of the properties that we’d like secured. As mentioned, we are in the process of outsourcing the Leasing and closing portion to someone that will contact the Landlords from our prospective list of Properties to schedule viewings, negotiate the lease agreement and ultimately close on the Lease.

Has anyone had experience on different platforms where you have searched for a commission-based salesperson? Has anyone had any success or experience with this job being completed remotely? Please feel free to share any other pieces of advice that may be helpful for us. Also, if you know someone driving distance to the SF Bay Area with sales experience who would want to learn more about a short-term rental business, reach out. We appreciate your time in advance!
