It needs a new build, this purchase is for land only, the house has already been demolished, and the land is cleared and is just ready for a new single-family house.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
I am the mayor of my town and I'm trying my best to get into real estate. I really feel like my town is on the verge of growth and opportunity. I flipped one of my properties in town of Eastover 3br 2 bath for 1100 a month, the median income here is low, but a lot of potentials to build. We have major industrial companies surrounding our area and some very known historical sites. I just got a vision and I'm trying to accomplish it one step at a time.
