@Armani Emon A couple of clarifications:Agents can/will Not use your contract on a listed property...they are required to use the state approved contracts.MLS listed properties are a useless endeavor for wholesalers....they have been exposed to the Entire market for home buyers who pay Retail...there is zero chance you will get one under contract for a price that you can mark up And sell to an investor who is looking for a Below market price to buy.Any competent agent will require you show a POF in Your name to enter into a contract.Account Closed Have some basic information.....if you couldn’t understand what he was telling you, you don’t have the knowledge to know that your contract is “bullet proof”.....you just don’t know what you don’t know yet.
