@Kay FerdousIf the studs are still exposed, use oil based KILZ and it will block the smell. 

I hope it goes soon because heating with propane over the winter is going to cost me!

I also like communities with robust healthcare networks and universities as both aren't as exposed to economic volatility. 

It was never given to me as a tip, but what I've found is that people generally succeed as much as their mind/thinking will allow, meaning if they're exposed to high-performance people they will generally perform at a high level.

The remediation company will remove the exposed mold they have access to, but they leave every bit of mold that is between the cracks where lumber is attached to members.
